In the kitchen, the 5th generation is in charge! Alongside our chef Thiébaut Christen, a member of the Trout Road association, who cooks traditional Alsatian dishes, the godson Kevin and the son Valentin bring a new breath to the Floridor’s kitchen.
Our team has been able to find a balance between the two generations, between new creations such as poultry wrap, rôstiburger and its fries or carrot cake ... and the traditional but always succulent vol-au-vent or the game specialties in season that have long tempted generations of Thannois ...
